  1. Linda Senn Vote no on 1163. One-size-fits-all training is not practical in this industry and will only hurt seniors by ultimately increasing their cost of care. Caregivers would be much better off getting their CNA license for the same amount of training than by completing 75 hours to be a home care aide.
