    John Wiegert The voters decided they wanted this ordinance in 2010, but Fremont city officials are kicking the vote back to the voters (again). About The Our Vote Should Count!

The people of Fremont, Nebraska voted overwhelmingly in a special election held in 2010 to enforce Ordinance 5165 dealing with illegal immigration. The ordinance has been upheld in every courtroom, but our city council is trying to repeal the housing portion of our ordinance. We are fighting this repeal.
