Kim Soeth Now that a judge has ruled the individual mandate of ObamaCare is unconstitutional, there will be even more pressure to get judgeships filled with liberals to protect it. I live in Wisconsin and know of old "loophole Louie." We got rid of him once, and have to prevent his appointment again.
