Charles Nichols I am appealing the final judgment. Attorney General Harris wants to stay my case for up to 180 days, I've countered with an extension of time to file my opening brief of 60 days or less. Hopefully, the clerk of the court will choose less than 60 days.

Charles Nichols Governor Brown was finally served with the summons today. He now has 21 days to file his answer to the lawsuit. When he does, I will file my response as well as a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction against PC 12031. The hearing on my motion will likely be in early April.
