1. Robert Noll Having been a member of The Shoemakers Union in WI and the Papermakers Union in PA, I received no advantages what-so-ever. Papermakers Union tried to get rid of me because I had saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in the prevention of breakdowns in the manufacturing process.
