About the Cause

The Shade Project is a non-profit initiative of Tru-Skin Dermatology committed to skin cancer prevention. We educate and advocate for sun safety on a local level by providing shade in various forms where children play and encourage families to adapt sun safe behaviors. Donations to The Shade Project are 501c3 tax deductible through the Austin Parks Foundation.
