    1. Leland Kollmorgen I have been working with the DOD budgets for over 30 years. Continued resort to the Continuing Resolution Authority as a budgeting device is the most disruptive practice at anytime - but as continuing situation is unconscionable.

Like we are out of the recession, you will be able to keep your own Dr on his Health Care Plan etc etc
