New Beginnings Community Center is the community outreach arm of New Beginnings Worship Center Church in Peoria Illinois. The New Beginnings Center is an non-profit educational and recreational center for troubled youth in the 61605 area, which is one of the poorest zip codes in america. We offer a safe haven for tuttoring, recreational and youth programs for disadvantaged children.
